What a delegation event usually needs
An institutional event has requirements that never come up at a brand party, and they are worth raising when you ask for a quote so they do not surface late:
- Civilised hours. These events start and finish early: an evening reception or a dinner that ends at a reasonable time, not a club night. The space is set up for that.
- A closed group. Controlled access for the delegation only, with the lobby operating independently of the rest of the building.
- Speech reinforcement, not club sound. Addresses, interventions and interpretation need intelligibility, which is a different problem from a concert. The system covers it.
- Accessibility. If any attendee needs step-free access, tell us when booking and we plan the layout around it.
- November. The dates fall in autumn, so the bulk of the event is planned indoors and the terrace works as support rather than as the main space.
If the event is organised by an agency or a consultancy on behalf of the administration, we work the same way with the intermediary as with the end body.

Can we run a presentation with projection?
Yes. There is speech reinforcement, projection and streaming capability, useful when part of the delegation follows the session remotely.
Is catering available?
Yes, we work with caterers and there is an equipped bar. A reception or a working lunch is handled within the same space.
How much notice do you need?
Less than for MWC, but it is not worth leaving to the last minute: it is three specific days and they overlap with other events across the city. Ask as soon as you have your date.
