Why this page exists
An agency does not need persuading — it needs material
When a production company is building a proposal, it is not choosing a venue: it is assembling a document to present to a client on Thursday. That takes something very specific — floor plans, capacities by layout, usable photography and a technical pack that survives being read by an engineer.
Most venue websites offer none of it. They offer nice photos and a contact form. So the agency writes, waits, chases, and meanwhile puts into the proposal the two venues whose pack it already has.
This page exists so as not to be that venue. If you build events for third parties, ask us for the material and we will send it — you do not have to explain the project yet.

How we work
With the agency, not over it
If you own the client relationship, you keep it. We are the venue inside your production.

You ask for material and dates
Without explaining the project if you cannot yet. A date and a rough capacity is enough to start.

We hold an option
For an agreed period, in writing, so you can present the proposal without losing the date while the client decides.

A visit with the client
At a time that does not clash with the venue programme. It is what closes most corporate events.

Your suppliers, your schedule. We coordinate access, build and the venue team.
Production
What you do not have to budget for
A large part of the infrastructure belongs to the building and is not billed separately, which is usually what makes quotes hard to compare against other venues in the city:
- Sound and lighting installed — no hired PA, no rigging to build
- Booth with backline and streaming — in weekly use, not rigged for the occasion
- Equipped bar and cloakroom — with our own venue staff
- Soundproofing and a late licence — no volume ceiling, no curfew imposed
- Load-in access with free parking in the area
- Three combinable spaces — reception, main act and drinks without changing venue
And for congress events, the location 100 metres from Fira Gran Via removes the entire transport line from your budget.
Frequently asked questions from agencies
Do you work with agencies or only with end clients?
Both. We can be the venue inside an agency production or deal directly with the client. If the agency owns the relationship, we respect that channel.
Do you have floor plans and a technical pack?
Yes, and we send them on request. A downloadable version is in preparation; in the meantime, write to us and we will pass them straight over so you can build your proposal.
Can we visit the venue with the client?
Yes, and it is standard before closing a corporate event. We arrange visits at times that do not clash with the venue programme.
How quickly do you confirm availability?
As fast as we can, because we know an agency is usually building a proposal against the clock. If it is urgent, say so in the subject line and we prioritise it.
Can we bring our own suppliers?
Yes: catering, AV production, staff, furniture. We only ask to know who they are in advance so we can coordinate access and build times.
Can a date be held while the client decides?
An option can be held on a date for an agreed period. Write to us and we will set the terms and the expiry of that hold in writing.
