Before you write
What we need to quote accurately
You can write with just a date and we will work from there, but these four details get you a real figure instead of more questions.
- Type of event. A two-hour presentation and a party that runs into the early hours are not priced the same way.
- Date and time slot. A Thursday morning and a Saturday night sit at opposite ends of the rate card.
- Approximate guest count. It decides which spaces you need and whether the main room comes into it at all.
- Bar or catering. This is the line that moves the final figure most.
If nothing is settled yet, that is fine — tell us what you know and we work from there.
What happens next
After you get in touch
- We check availability across the three spaces for your date. If it is taken, we come back with nearby alternatives first.
- You get a quote broken down by space, hours and services, so you can see what you are paying for and what you could drop.
- A site visit if you want to see it before deciding. Standard for corporate events and larger celebrations.
- Booking and coordination. From there we settle load-in times, production and suppliers.
Venue dates go to whoever books first. If you have a specific day in mind, ask about it early even if the rest is still open.
Location
Getting to Atlantic Events
We are at Carrer del Plom 1, in Sants-Montjuïc, inside the Gran Via business district and 100 metres from the exhibition centre.
From Fira Gran Via
100 metres from the halls, under a two-minute walk. For an event running alongside a congress, guests leave the pavilion and arrive on foot with no transport to arrange.
By car
Direct access from the Gran Via, with free parking in the area — uncommon in Barcelona and appreciated by anyone driving in.
From the airport
El Prat is around 10 km along the Gran Via, which is part of why the venue works for events with international guests.
Public transport
The area connects to Plaça Espanya, one of the city's main metro and bus hubs, and from there to the rest of Barcelona.
Load-in
There is space to bring equipment in, which simplifies the build for a production with its own kit or for caterers.
