An ISE crowd looks at the rig before the décor
A fringe event around ISE has one feature no other Fira congress shares: the guests are audiovisual professionals. Integrators, manufacturers, engineers. People who walk into a room and look up at what is hanging from the ceiling first.
In front of that audience, a handsome space with a bare-minimum hired rig shows within five minutes. And it shows in the opposite direction to the one you want if what you came to do is sell audiovisual product.
Here the system is the one a venue programming weekly nights needs: club sound specified for live use, programmable stage lighting, a booth with backline and streaming capability. Installed, tested and running every weekend, not rigged for the occasion.
For a product demo that changes the ground entirely: you can show how something behaves under real conditions, which is exactly what a trade-show stand cannot do.

The next edition of Integrated Systems Europe runs 2–5 de febrero de 2027 at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, 100 metres from the venue.
Falling in February, ISE week competes with less nightlife demand than MWC, but the usable dates are still few: four days. Asking early is still worth it.

What an integrator checks on the way in
With an AV audience it pays to have the technical pack ready from the first email, because it is what they will ask for before confirming anything. This is what is installed and running:

- Programmable stage lighting with its own control
- DJ booth with backline, which your engineer can work on
- Streaming and recording from the room itself, with 5 remote-controlled NDI|HX PTZ cameras
- Soundproofing, which allows demonstrating at real volume
- Stage and 400 m² of open floor, with no columns breaking sightlines

What sound and lighting does the room have?

Can we run a technical demonstration?
Yes. It is a soundproofed space with real sound and lighting, not an empty hall: you can demonstrate product under working conditions, which is a different thing from showing it on a stand.
How far are you from the ISE halls?
100 metres from Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, where ISE is held. Two minutes on foot from the pavilion.
Can our engineer work on your system?
Yes, and with this audience that is the norm. Control position and backline are installed; your engineer works on them and brings only what is specific. We send the technical pack in advance.
Does it work for a partner reception?
Yes, it is one of the standard formats of the week: reception in the lobby and continuation in the main room, or the reverse depending on group size.
Can the event be recorded or streamed?
Yes, the room is set up for streaming and recording — something an AV integration audience tends to assume is there and often finds is not.
